Whilst we will try to help you in whatever manner we can, please remember that we cannot see your computer, and therefore are only able to offer help based on the information you provide us. Please give us as full a description of your computer as possible, including:

MOTHERBOARD (make and model)
PROCESSOR
HARD DRIVE
OPTICAL DRIVES
OPERATING SYSTEM (WinXP SP1/2, '98, etc etc.)

As full a description of the problem occuring as possible will also be needed - "won't work" is no help to us - or you.
